Studio Policies
Please review our studio guidelines to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Rules & Regulations
- Punctuality: Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your class is scheduled to begin. This allows time for check-in and settling onto your mat. To avoid disrupting the class, late entry is not permitted.
- Silence is Golden: Please silence all mobile phones and electronic devices upon entering the studio. Maintain a quiet atmosphere in the practice area.
- Respect the Space: Leave your shoes, bags, and personal belongings in the designated storage areas. Help us keep the studio clean and tidy for all members.
- Listen to Your Body: Always practice within your own limits. Inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancies before class begins so they can offer appropriate modifications.
- Practice Good Hygiene: Please ensure you are clean before class. We recommend using a yoga towel, especially for more vigorous or heated classes. Please wipe down any borrowed mats after use.
- Stay for Savasana: The final relaxation pose, Savasana, is an essential part of the practice. We strongly encourage you to stay for the entire duration of the class to receive its full benefits.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Class Passes & Drop-Ins: All class pass purchases and drop-in fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not offer refunds on any used or unused sessions.
- Cancellations: To receive a class credit, you must cancel your booking at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class will result in the session being forfeited.
- No-Shows: If you do not show up for a booked class without cancelling, the session will be deducted from your pass or your drop-in fee will be forfeited.
- Monthly Unlimited Memberships: Memberships are non-refundable and cannot be paused or extended once activated.
- Workshops & Events: Workshop fees are non-refundable. If you cancel at least 48 hours before the workshop, you may receive a credit to your studio account. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows will not be credited.
- Studio-Cancelled Classes: If we need to cancel a class for any reason, your account will be credited for that session.
